Name a Room

Numerous opportunities exist within Lincoln Hall to place your name or the name of someone you wish to honor on one of the historic and renovated spaces.

Historic First Floor

The first floor retains its original historic splendor even as its classrooms have been modernized to create first-rate learning environments. For instance, the classrooms are being restored with the original old-growth oak chair rail and baseboards and deep-set oak-paneled doors even as they are equipped with smart technology.

First Floor Rooms available: Four 108-121 capacity classrooms at $500,000 each; four 41-55 capacity classrooms at $100,000 each; one 29-35 capacity classrooms at $50,000 each.

Upper Floors

The second, third, and fourth floors have been completely renovated to accommodate the administrative offices of LAS as well as departmental offices for the Departments of Communication and Sociology. The spaces also include laboratories, conference rooms, faculty offices, and large suites dedicated to student advising. The top floor, which once housed the World Heritage Museum, focuses on the academic mission with additional offices, research areas, and teaching assistant suites.

Second Floor

The second floor accommodates the administrative offices of the College of LAS as well as a computer lab and large suites devoted to student advising and educational technology.

Second Floor Rooms available: Dean's suite at $500,000; Dean's office at $250,000; college advising suite at $250,000; college computer lab at $100,000; technology suite at $100,000; consulting suite at $50,000; two 116-22 capacity conference rooms at $100,000 each; one 12-16 capacity conference room at $50,000; two 4-10 capacity conference rooms at $25,000 each.

The third floor is home to the Departments of Communication and Sociology. The spaces include state-of-the-art video and editing laboratories and computer labs as well as conference rooms, faculty and staff offices, and suites dedicated to student advising.

Third Floor Rooms available: One 41-55 capacity classroom at $100,000; two departmental advising suites at $50,000 each; Four department head/TA suites at $50,000 each; forty individual faculty and staff offices at $25,000 each; one video lab at $50,000; three computer/video labs at $25,000 each; three 4-10 capacity conference rooms at $25,000 each.

Fourth Floor Rooms available: Teaching assistant suite at $100,000; forty individual faculty/staff offices at $25,000 each; three computer/research labs at $50,000 each; two computer/interaction labs at $25,000 each; one 16-22 capacity conference room at $100,000; five 4-19 capacity conference rooms at $25,000 each.
